Introduction:

These terms and conditions “Agreement” govern the use of the services offered by Philippine International Recruitment Agency (PIRA), a Recruitment Agency for remote workers. The terms “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the customer, and the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PIRA. By accessing, using or subscribing to the services offered by P.I.R.A, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the services offered by P.I.R.A.

 

Definitions:

  • “Services” means the services offered by PIRA as described in the plans, including but not limited to job matching, recruitment, and staffing services.
  • “Client” means an employer or company that is in need of personnel or employees for their business.
  • “Candidate” means an individual seeking employment opportunities.
  • “Match” means the process of matching a Candidate with a Client based on their qualifications, skills, and job requirements.

 

Description of Services:

Philippine International Recruitment Agency provides job matching, recruitment, and staffing services to Clients and Candidates. Our services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Job matching services to match Candidates with job opportunities that best fit their skills and qualifications.
  • Recruitment services to assist Clients in finding suitable Candidates for their job vacancies.
  • Staffing services to provide Clients with temporary or permanent employees to meet their personnel needs.

 

Terms of Use:

  1. Use of Services. You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services to engage in any illegal or unethical conduct. You are solely responsible for any and all use of the Services under your account.
  2. Modification of Services. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or suspend the Services at any time, with or without notice to you.
  3. Payment. The fees for the Services will be as stated in the plans. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Services.
  4. Refund Policy. Our services are provided on a non-refundable basis. We do not offer refunds for any portion of the fees paid for the Services.
  5. Candidate and Client Information. You acknowledge and agree that any information provided by Candidates or Clients to PIRA is confidential and proprietary. You may not use this information for any purpose other than for the services provided by PIRA.
  6. Matching Process. Philippine International Recruitment Agency will use reasonable efforts to match Candidates with job opportunities that fit their skills and qualifications. However, PIRA makes no representation or warranty that any Candidate will be matched with a job opportunity or that any Client will be satisfied with any Candidate.
  7. Limitation of Liability. PIRA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Services.
  8. Termination of Agreement. We may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Services and any information obtained from the Services.
  9. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be discuss with in the consultation stage.
